Rossini is a medium early variety, suitable for crisps and mashed potatoes with outstanding resistances to PCN Ro1 (9), Ro3 (9) and Pa2 (9), Pa3 (9). It is also resistant to potato wart disease race 1. Rossini produces round oval tubers with yellow skin and light yellow flesh color. It has a good tolerances to bruising, black leg and tuber blight. The highest crisping quality is achieved from greentop harvesting direct from the field until December.
