Marta is a very early, firm cooking and high yielding table potato. She has oval tubers with light yellow skin and flesh colour. This variety shows an excellent washability and shallow eyes with an attractive appearence as packing ware. Very high tolerances against y-virus, damages, second grow, rhizoctonia and tuber blight. Resistance towards nematodes Ro1 and potato wart disease race 1.
