Solana wishes you a merry Christmas and a happy new year.

Solana variety "Secura" has been selected as potato variety with the best taste at Russian exhibition "Golden Autumn”. Visitors of the exhibition had the opportunity to try 14 different potato varieties in a blind tasting – and voted for Secura.

From 06^th to 08^th of November 2013 ‚Open Days’ are held in Emmeloord (Netherlands) - the traditional variety show of potato breeders. Den Hartigh, the Dutch affiliated company of Solana, also opens its doors for three days and exhibist about 40 potato varieties of Den Hartigh and Solana. Visitors can also take a chance to look in the future.

From 10th to 16th of November Solana will exhibit at Agritechnica in Hanover (Germany) – the world’s leading international exhibition for agricultural machinery and equipment.

At stand F14 in hall 25 visitors will be shown Solana’s seed potatoes for different purposes.

On 11th-12th September Solana and Den Hartigh display a joint presentation at the Potato Europe in Emmeloord - one of the most important meeting points for the European potato industry. At stand B 315 Solana and Den Hartigh offer information on the companies and on their wide range of seed potato varieties.

Again it is time to farm and sow the seed for the next crop. Even in private gardens and on balkonies, hobby gardeners are avidly sowing to produce high quality plants

From February 6th to 8th, Solana shares a stand with the DKHV at FRUIT LOGISTICA in Berlin
